MP Music Network invite all our members to our AGM and Networking Event at Jetty Road Brewery on Thursday 10 November from 6pm.
At the event we will outline to the membership our plans for the next two years.
We hope to conclude the official agenda requirements early and continue with an evening of networking. The evening will finish by 8.30pm.
Light refreshments will be provided. Beers and wines at bar prices.

We are, under our Rules, permitted to deliver the Notice of the Annual General Meeting electronically. You have the option to appoint a member who is able to attend or a committee member, – e.g. President, Secretary etc, as your proxy.(d) Any voting member, i.e. Musician, Music Professional, Venue member or Supporting Member is entitled to nominate for our Committee. If this is a matter of interest please consider completing a nomination form. Nominations will be admitted on the day of the meeting.

- The minutes of the last annual general meeting
- Proxy appointment form. (A member may appoint another member as his or her proxy to vote and speak on the appointing member’s behalf at a general meeting) Members unable to attend should consider appointing a proxy
- Nomination form for Committee Appointment.
At the meeting, eligible members will be asked to vote to:
- Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- Accept the President’s Report for 2021-22
- Accept the annual Financial Report
- Determine the amount of annual membership subscription or joining fee (if any)
- Renew or elect Committee Membership positions
- General business which is notified to the Committee prior to the Meeting.
