Australia is facing a crisis.

Since June 2019, more than 10.7 million hectares and 2,204 homes have been destroyed by Australian bushfires. We have also tragically witnessed the deaths of over 1 billion animals and at least 27 people.

Luckily, Australia is known for communities banding together to help those in need. Constant donations are flowing into various appeals, raising nearly $500 million so far.

Around the country, venues are holding fundraisers to keep the donations coming in. Our own community has raised a very generous amount though fundraisers across the peninsula.

We have compiled a list of fundraisers that have already raised funds, along with the upcoming events. If you can find time to visit one of the local fundraiser events, please head along.
