Following the success our our inaugural Music Industry Day (live streamed) last October, we will be hosting the 2022 MP Music Network ‘Music Industry Day’ in person at the Royal Hotel, Mornington on Thursday 16 June.
This event is a must for emerging to established artists, managers, venue operators, sound engineers, event promoters, educators and music professionals – everyone who works in the contemporary music sector’.
The best minds in the contemporary music industry will present on the latest issues, trends and opportunities in the music sector to help the Mornington Peninsula music community develop their careers and businesses.
The day will kick-off at 10.30am and will feature a morning session with invited industry experts discussing subjects relevant to all Peninsula music sector professionals. After complementary lunch, the afternoon will include separate break out sessions for venues, musicians and sound professionals. There will also be time for networking drinks at 5pm and then at around 6.30pm the MP Shire will launch the ‘Music Plan 2025’ followed by live music performed by Peninsula artists.
