In light the recent announcement of an extended lockdown, the MPMN has decided to still go ahead with the Industry networking event on Wednesday October 13, but it will be held virtually instead of live at the Rye Hotel.

While it has been a very frustrating extended period for the music sector, the Shire has been busy developing its inaugural Music Plan, which can provide a springboard for the music sector to rebound in 2021.
The draft plan has been approved by the council, and the next step in the process is to put it on public exhibition for community feedback.
We will send you a council link shortly to read the plan and provide feedback. The Shire will also present the plan at the industry day, and you’ll have a chance to provide live feedback then.
