Mornington Peninsula singer songwriter Marty Nelson-Williams has been writing, recording, collaborating and touring nationally & internationally for more than 20 years. He has opened for the likes of Bob Dylan, The Beach Boys & Bonie Raite, as well as local legends Things of Stone and Wood, Ed Keeper, Paul Kelly and more. He is one of the prime movers in the burgeoning & vibrant original music scene on the Mornington Peninsula an hour south of Melbourne Australia. He is co-founder of the Mornington Peninsula Music Network, helps run the Mornington Jazz Festival, works with the local shire on music initiatives, as well as with local musicians of all levels through the Peninsula SongRiders Muso nights that he founded 10 years ago. He is a proud & loving husband & father to 3 daughters, and cherishes the simplicity of life & love, as well as working closely with mother nature!
